====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 06-02-2020 Appellant has prayed for the following relief: "For setting aside the order/judgment dated 20.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 8009 of 2014 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vikash Jain, by which the Hon'ble Judge was pleased to dismiss the writ petition."

We do not find any illegality or infirmity with the impugned judgment/order dated 20.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 8009 of 2014, titled as Anjala Khatoon Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1244 of 2018(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 We notice that the appellant has already been granted liberty to initiate appropriate statutory proceedings. It is the appellant's apprehension that the respondents shall raise objection of limitation.

Learned counsel for the State states that if the appeal were to be filed on or before 05.03.2020, as mutually agreed upon, the issue of limitation shall not be raised nor would come in the way of the appellant in decision of the appeal on merits. Ordered accordingly.

We only hope and expect that as and when appeal is filed, the appropriate authority shall consider and decide the appeal on its own merit in accordance with the law and with reasonable dispatch, expeditiously and not later than three months thereafter.

Learned counsel for the parties undertake not to take any unnecessary adjournment in such proceedings. The instant petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
