On the basis of instructions received from the office of Accountant General, Sri Vivekanand Kumar, learned counsel submits that revised family pension under 7th C.P.C. vide office authority no. 18/RV7200625189925/113798P1, dated 09.07.2025, in the light of Department sanction issued by the D.P.O. (Establishment), Bhagalpur has already been issued in favour of the petitioner namely Urmila Devi.

3. In view of such submission, nothing remains to be adjudicated.

4. Pension Payment Order, which has been issued by the office of Accountant General is kept on record and marked as 'X'.

5. Copy of such Pension Payment Order is directed to be handed over by the learned counsel for the Accountant General to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
