JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in Bakhtiyarpur (Saharsa) P.S. Case No. 413 of 2014 registered under section 25(1A), (1-AA) (1-B)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police on the secret information raided the village Nargarha where the petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended. On search from the possession of the petitioner one carbine was recovered. Taking into consideration the recovery made from the possession of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after one year.
