The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial no. 867 of 2014 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. case no. 92 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 3684 of 2015 with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial within one year from the date of this order. The Trial Court has reported that out of 10 prosecution witnesses, 08 witnesses have already been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded very shortly.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made in the petition that he strangulated his wife to death, I am not

The Trial Court is directed to ensure the conclusion of the trial within three months from the date of receipt of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Araria is directed to ensure the attendance of two prosecution witnesses in the court of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Araria in Sessions Trial no. 867 of 2014 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. case no. 92 of 2014.

Let this order be communicated to the learned Court below as well as Superintendent of Police, Araria for information and needful.
