The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 137 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 300 litres of illicit liquor from a Tata Indigo car and the petitioner was arrested while fleeing away.

Upon perusal of the bail petition, it is apparent that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 13.03.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
