The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 22.6.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21529 of 2011.

I.A. No. 01 of 2010 was preferred in which it has been specifically stated in paras-10 and 11 that all the arrears has been paid to the petitioner to Girija Nandan Prasad. There is no rejoinder to the said averment made in 2019.

A reply to the interlocutory application has been filed

Patna High Court MJC No.3404 of 2018(12) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 by the petitioner which again is mum on the said point. This Court is convinced that no contempt is now made out.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if he still has any grievance he can agitate the matter before an appropriate forum. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
