The petitioner seeks bail in Delha P.S. Case No. 131 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 377 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have made an attempt to commit unnatural offence with the son of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 17.01.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 11⁄2 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for about 11⁄2 years, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
