The present petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 13.04.2017 passed in Civil Miscellaneous Petition No. 275 of 2016.
Learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to pursue his legal remedies available in accordance with law.
Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to
Patna High Court C. REV. No.425 of 2017(4) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 avail legal remedies, as are available under the prevailing law, which liberty has already been granted by the order under review dated 13.04.2017.
