JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and also learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Although petitioner is named in the First Information Report but only suspicion has been raised against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Sk. Tasua @ Sk. Taswa has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.03.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 444 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Case No. 175 of 2018.
