Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act and 17 CLA Act.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that the name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Ashok Tanti and except the confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VI, Banka
