This writ application relates to admission in B.Ed. courses for the academic session 2018-20 in the petitioner Institution, which claims to be having the minority status, on the basis of Combined Entrance Test, held by Nalanda Open University, as a Nodal body.

This is not in dispute that the last date permitted for

Patna High Court CWJC No.17654 of 2018(3) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 admitting the students in B.Ed. Courses has already lapsed. In such circumstance, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. This application has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

The legal issues, which have been raised in the present writ application, have not been gone into in view of the changed situation. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise such issues in appropriate proceeding in future. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Pawan/Ragini U
