According to the prosecution case itself, the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of another person who disclosed this fact that the aforesaid motorcycle was handed over to him by this petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, as is evident from perusal of paragraph-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Devesh Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani.
