JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 365 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report which was lodged on 13.12.2012 in respect of kidnapping of informant's sister, who is still traceless. The name of petitioner came in this case when the call details of victim's mobile was verified and it was detected that petitioner used to talk the victim on mobile phone and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
