The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Noorsarai P.S. case No. 286 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the IPC and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

The informant disclosed that while she was sitting at the Darwaja of her father, Alakh Paswan, Ranjit Yadav, the petitioner, Rajesh Kumar and Nagina Yadav came and began to abuse. When the informant protested, on the order of Alakh Paswan petitioner fired which hit on the left leg of informant. Rajesh Kumar snatched chain from the neck of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place due to land dispute. There is counter version but from FIR itself it appears that it was the petitioner who fired causing fire arm injury on the left leg of informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31963 of 2019(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petition on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
