The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 81 of 2019 arising out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 38(1) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the nature of allegation, the period of more than a month undergone by the petitioner in custody as an under-trial prisoner and the fact that the police do not intend to make any custodial interrogation, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Saharsa in connection with Special
