2. In view of the above, this application is allowed. The order dated 16.02.2022 passed in Sathi P.S. Case No. 112 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39705 of 2023(5) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 2020 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, West Champaran is hereby quashed.
3. The Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran, Motihari is directed to conclude the proceedings of Divorce Case No.276 of 2019 within three months from the date of communication of this order.
4. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran, Motihari through FAX or e-mail forthwith.
