JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2019 This court directed the opposite parties to take final decision on the suspension of the petitioner as well as enquiry within a maximum period of one month.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties informs this court that in terms of the direction issued by this court the petitioner was inflicted punishment within the time frame and she was allowed to join.
Considering the fact that decision was taken by the opposite parties within the time frame indicated by this court, no further indulgence is required. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the opposite parties in purported compliance of the direction issued by this court.
