JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Nothing has been recovered either from conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house and it is only stated that stolen cattle were unloaded from the pickup van of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.12.2015 and except the present case as well as one Akodhigola P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.11957 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015.
