The petitioner seeks bail in Kasim Bazar P. S. Case No. 150 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 302/34, 120B, 379 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the written report with allegation that he participated in kidnapping and murder of the brother of informant.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the Trial Court has sought six months time for disposal of trial of the accused persons. He further submits that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.5.2019 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32945 of 2019(3) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Misc. no. 1189 of 2019 had rejected the bail of other coaccused with similar allegation with direction to the Court below to conclude the trial within six months. In such circumstances, prayer for bail of petitioner stand rejected, at this stage.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail in the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
