JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assured the so-called victims to get them employed, for which he had taken Rs. 1000/- from each victim. Moreover, all the victims were major and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged on mere suspicion.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kodhobari P.S.Case No. 11 of 2015.
