JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.04.2015. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, prior to institution of the present case, only one case, i.e., Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 129 of 2012 for the offence punishable under section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, had been registered against the petitioner.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16634 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 69 of 2015. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
