JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel, appearing for the Vigilance.

The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12-02-2015 on the accusation that he was caught red handed taking bribe of Rs. 13,000/-. The investigation has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015
