JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2023 At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 05.01.2022 passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Begusarai in Case No. 06/2021-22, by

Patna High Court CWJC No.9307 of 2022(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 filing appropriate appeal before the Bihar State Building Tribunal, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent authority shall not recover the penal amount of Rs. 2,000,00/- till the final disposal of the appeal to be filed by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
