The petitioner seeks bail in Patory P.S. Case No. 278 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The mother of the deceased made allegation that the petitioner and others killed her daughter. The petitioner is mother-in-law and there is no specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture. Considering the aforesaid facts that the petitioner is mother-inlaw and she is in jail since 24.11.2014, she is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Patory P.S.
