The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411/353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Rule 4, 40 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972 and Rule 6 (4) 8 of the Bihar Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rules 2003.
Allegation is of illegal mining of sand by the petitioners and others.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31955 of 2019(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.
