JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.63 of 2015 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No.190 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under sections 395, 412 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 5.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28102 of 2014 with liberty to renew his prayer for after framing of charge. It has been contended that all other co-accused of this case having identical allegation have already been granted bail by different orders passed by different Benches of this Court. It has further been contended that the charges have also been framed by the court below vide order dated 10th March, 2015 as contained in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17981 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Annexure-5 to this petition.

Regard being had to the observation made in the aforesaid order dated 10th March, 2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st A.D.J., Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No.63 of 2015 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No.190 of 2012.
