ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. case No.54 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 376, 307, 504, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bagaha, West Champaran.
It appears that it was only recently that the Petitioners were refused bail and hence finding no justification for review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioners. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
