The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.491 of 2015 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the recovery of the stolen motorcycle from possession of the petitioner and the fact that he is involved in at least two other cases of more or less identical nature, I am not inclined to grant him bail, even though he is in custody since 9th December, 2015.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The trial court is directed to proceed with the trial of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13255 of 2016 (3) dt.06-06-2016 2/2 petitioner without any delay. In case the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of charge, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the court below itself.
