Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.282 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier by a common order dated 02.08.2014, while the co-accused, Hitesh Kumar Jha alias Santu Jha, was granted bail vide Criminal Misc. No.23111 of 2014, the prayer of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11481 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 petitioner for grant of bail was rejected vide Criminal Misc. No.30295 of 2014 on merit by this Court, which would appear from Annexure-'1' to this application. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2013.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
