2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the facts and the grounds petitioners are relying are similar to that of the petitioners in L.P.A. No. 301 of 2021.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation in the light of L.P.A. No. 301 of 2021 before the respondent no. 4 (the Secretary,
