Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against these petitioners is of commission of assault to the informant and his friend.

It is submitted that the present case is counterblast to the case Sitamarhi SC/ST P.S. Case No. 34/2022 lodged by Santosh Das against the informant and others which is earlier in point of time. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners have

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 350 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
