JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 23.03.2020 passed by the Dy. Inspector General of Police, Group Centre, C.R.P.F, Mokamaghat whereby the appeal of the petitioner to review medical exam for the post of Constable(GD) Examination, 2018 has been rejected.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8587 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that after evaluation of the Medical Board, the petitioner filed an application duly supported by the Doctor in terms of the prevalent rule contained in Annexure-2, yet, the respondents have not redressed the grievance of the petitioner in light of Annexure-2. He further submits that similar issue has been raised in C.W.J.C. No. 8370 of 2020 which was decided in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 13.01.2021. In order to maintain consistency, the present writ petition is disposed off in similar terms/observation given by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.01.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8370 of 2020.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
