This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15743 of 2022, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. For the reasons mentioned in this application, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15743 of 2022, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

The Court below is directed to verify the aforesaid statement from the opposite party no.2 and if she supports the aforesaid statement of the petitioner then the Court below will think of quashing the criminal prosecution.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
