Petitioner is accused in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.106 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., as on the basis of the written report of informant Manoranjan Kumar Ram regarding the theft motorcycle, F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Kumar. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is

No.13576 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 that petitioner has been made accused in two other cases in similar nature as detailed in paragraph no.3 of the petition, due to that reason, Police has implicated this petitioner in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S.
