No. 7316 of 2015, in place of name of petitioner's father Late Dhari Prajapati, inadvertently it has been typed as Late Rajdhari Prajapati.

Petitioner is permitted to make correction in father's name of petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 7316 of 2015 and accordingly, in Cr. Misc. No. 7316 of 2015, in place of name of petitioner's father, Late Rajdhari Prajapati, it be read as Late Dhari Prajapati. Accordingly, this modification petition stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20471 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 disposed of and the order dated 17.04.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
