2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case as per the first information report is that the informant's daughter, who was married to one Rajan Ram in the year 2023, was done to death on the ground of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petitioner is the brother-in-law (Devar) and as against him there is general and omnibus allegation in the first information report and, subsequently, during course of investigation, nothing specific has been

It is pointed out that the petitioner is separate, both in residence and mess, and he has nothing to do with their day to day affair. It is further pointed out that besides several co-accused, the husband of the deceased, Rajan Ram has already been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.120 of 2025. The other co-accused persons, namely, the sister-in-law (Gotani), mother-in-law and brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased have been granted bail by this Court and the coordinate Bench of this Court and all those orders have been annexed as Annexures P/2, P/2A, and P/3A to this application. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 10.02.2025.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Devar) of the deceased and the primary responsibility of the welfare of the wife is upon the husband, who has already been granted bail, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
