Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.01.2016 on the accusation that he along with two others snatched some cash from the informant. Petitioner happens to be co-villager of the informant and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged by the informant on account of enmity and village politics and, moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri
