JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2024 This modification has been filed for modifying the order dated 18.03.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17681 of 2024 whereby the petitioner has been granted bail in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 106 of 2023 pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Class, Aurangabad.

2. It is submitted that condition no. 2 of the aforesaid bail order that one of the bailors will be his own blood relation, preferably, father, mother, brother, sister and or his wife but the petitioner has not furnished his bond due to such condition. It is submitted that father and mother of the petitioner is no more and brother of the petitioner is the informant the aforesaid case in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39792 of 2024(2) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 which petitioner has been granted bail and his sister and wife have been made accused in the aforesaid case.

3. In such circumstances, condition no. 2 of the aforesaid bail application be deleted from the order dated 18.03.2024 and prayer for the modification of the bail application is allowed to the aforesaid extent.

4. Six weeks' further time is granted to furnish the said bail bond.

5. Office is directed to send this order which is in continuation of order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17681 of 2024 immediately.
