The petitioner seeks bail in Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014 under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was kidnapped by the petitioner and his mother. The victim herself stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. that she was called by the mother of the petitioner and thereafter she was forcibly brought by the petitioner Sunil Ram and his mother Sunaina Devi to the house of Munna Ram, when the police went to the house of Munna Ram, the victim was washing her hands at the tube well. She disclosed that no illegal act was committed with her. It is submitted that Munna Ram has love affairs with the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Gopalganj, in Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014.
