This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of firearms and cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2015 having no criminal antecedent. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 303 of 2015.
