2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after some arguments, submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18926 of 2017(3) dt.27-01-2025 2/3 writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a representation in light of order dated 04.10.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7231 of 2012 (Rekha Jha & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State does not dispute the said submission but submits that petitioners be directed to file their representation before the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna in light of Annexure-3 and if it is found that the case of the petitioners is similar to the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 7231 of 2012 in that event appropriate order would be passed.

4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file their representation before the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Principal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna for seeking the relief as sought in the instant writ application on or before 10.02.2025, if any representation on behalf of the petitioners is filed on or before 10.02.2025 in that event the Additional Chief Secretary-cumPrincipal Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna or the authorities competent shall dispose of the
