Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it is stated that after two days of the alleged occurrence, petitioner was arrested by the police when he was trying to flee and identity card of the informant of the present case was recovered from his conscious possession.
The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that so-called recovery of identity card is nothing but only highhandedness of the police with an object to implicate the petitioner in the present case. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of one case but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12980 of 2016 (5) dt.26-04-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Ballia P.S. Case no. 383/2015.
