The petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2014 under different Sections of the Arms Act. The police apprehended the petitioner alongwith one Mantosh Kumar Singh and from possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 07.07.2014. From possession of Mantosh Kumar Singh also arms and ammunitions and a looted motorcycle were recovered who confessed that he and this petitioiner snatched the motorcycle from a person near D.A.V. School, Phulwarisharif, Patna. Mantosh Kumar Singh has already been enlarged on bail.

No.8882 of 2015 (3) dt.23-04-2015 2 / 2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna, in Danapur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2014.
