The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 614 of 2019 (Special Case No. 113 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 8C, 21(C), 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, almost all the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 9035 of 2020 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27025 of 2020(2) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 custody since 16.09.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 614 of 2019 (Special Case No. 113 of 2019.
