JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught in course of investigation and one loaded country-made pistol, some Sims and other articles were recovered from his conscious possession, for which, Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 332 of 2014 was registered against him and subsequently, he was remanded in this case also on mere suspicion.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
