Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and two others are named in the first information report and it is apparent from perusal of the first information report that it was co-accused Arun Kumar who snatched cash from the informant and handed over to other accused.

Moreover, petitioner and the informant are co-villagers and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that informant has lodged this case on account of village politics.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bakhri P.S.
