College, Saharsa for payment to the petitioner, evidence thereof has been annexed as Annexure- A series.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Principal, M.L.T. College to ensure that the above amount is made over to the petitioner forthwith and the utilization certificate forwarded to the University in terms of the direction.
