JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and submits that the petitioner has already been arrested by the police in this case and, as such, this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to grant him anticipatory bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.157 of 2019/Special Case No.3060 of 2019, pending in the court of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.
