The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai(Town)P.S. Case No. 134/2015 for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the in order to grab the ancestral property of the informant, the petitioner and his wife along with others assaulted the husband of the informant by brick stone and rod. The further allegation is that they took away money and ornament.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as per the allegation made in the F.I.R., the petitioner had assaulted with a rod upon the victim, but the same does not get support from the injury report, as the injury report suggests that there is sharp

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that the injury report does not support the F.I.R., let the petitioner Sanjay Soni be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in Begusarai (Town)P.S. Case No. 134/2015.
