Altogether, nine persons are named in the first information report with allegation of assault. The post mortem report reflects that three injuries were found on the person of the deceased. The alleged occurrence took place on 05.06.2014 but the first information report was lodged on 12.06.2014. Moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 12.09.2014 Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
